In this workshop we will explore the importance of clear, concise, accurate and linked explanations and how this is key to avoiding unnecessary cognitive load, confusion or the creation of misconceptions.

By examining the active ingredients, deliberate differences and possible techniques we will see how high quality explanations can set students up to successfully practise and perform.
