These twilight sessions targeting colleagues who teach whole classes, cover classes, support teaching and regularly teach larger groups of children in their schools. It is suitable for those in primary and secondary phases. In roles such as cover supervisors, HLTAs and teachers (both qualified and unqualified).
We will explore the what, why and how of core pedagogical practices that will support the development of classroom practice.
This interactive and practical programme will consist of 6 x 60 min online twilight sessions that will run from 3.45pm - 5.15pm.

Session 2 - Modelling - Wednesday 19th November 2025
Session 3 - Checking Understanding - Tuesday 20th January 2026
Session 4 - Practice - Wednesday 11th March 2026
Session 5 - Feedback - Wednesday 6th May 2026
Session 6 -Adaptation - Tuesday 23rd June 2026
The sessions all run from 3:45pm – 5:15pm.
You will be expected to attend all six sessions in the series.
