Description

Delivered by Fran Hooley

This session will cover lessons learnt from using a rapid approach when designing a catalogue of reusable and multi-disciplinary online resources.

It will be an update on the i3HS hub’s projects and give some examples of how we have applied some new technologies in our teaching such as Virtual Reality, collaborative authoring tools and the use of open platforms. We work collaboratively and so part of the session will be how you could get involved and sign up for access to the multi-disciplinary resources to embed in your own teaching.

Delegates will leave with the knowledge on how to:

  • Describe the features of reusable rapidly designed learning materials

  • Investigate different tools and approaches to support a variety of students

  • Explain how to define learning requirements for a varied group of learners / students

  • Locate supporting materials and examples of technology enhanced learning innovations
