Peer learning event exploring the value of talking about failure

It's now over 2 years since the Failspace project officially ended with a conference on Failure in Edinburgh. In the spirit of our framework on learning from failure, we are keen to reflect on if and how our framework remains in use and the extent to which it has succeeded or failed in our own aims of encouraging change in attitudes and behaviours towards talking about failure.

We are therefore inviting you to join the Failspace Team for a peer learning event which will bring together researchers, practitioners and policy makers, to share stories, insights, and strategies that support more open and honest critical reflection on failures we all experience in our work. Together we will reflect on what has changed in our different practices from doing so.

Whether you've worked with Failspace in the past, or would like support in doing so in the future, this event is for you.

Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to change your perspective on failure! Come ready to learn, connect, and grow with your peers. Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to change your perspective on failure!

PLEASE NOTE WE ALSO HAVE AN ONLINE EVENT ON THURSDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND IN PERSON
