Event description

Description

Paul Redmond, Director of Student Life will lead an interactive workshop to provide an insight and help to inform the roles within peer support as well as the wider work of the University.

The aim of this workshop is to give you an insight and understanding of the meaning of wellbeing and why it matters so much for our students and staff.

According to experts, wellbeing isn’t about how we think – it’s about what we do. It’s about making deliberate choices that bring us both pleasure and meaning. And best of all, it doesn’t take too much heavy thinking!
The aim of this workshop is to give you an insight and understanding of the meaning of wellbeing and why it matters so much for our students and staff.

The workshop will conclude by taking a look at how different organisations are now using wellbeing to transform their workplaces. Additionally, there will be time to meet other Coordinators to share challenges and good practice.
