A two part workshop including lunch aimed at women's health.

Workshop 1 - Pelvic Floor taster workshop by Bunny Randall (Pilates with Bunny)

Learn about:

  • pelvic floor and core synergy
  • how to work and strengthen your pelvic floor (more than a squeeze!)
  • breathing technique for daily life
  • basic movement incorporating pelvic floor
  • learn basic exercises to improve pelvic floor and core strength

LATE LUNCH

Workshop 2 - Improving and maintaining lower back and pelvic joints by Jon Booth (Your Mind Your Body)

Learn about:

  • which parts of your back tend to hurt and why
  • how to incorporate basic Pilates and gym movements into everyday life
  • what is meant by "good posture"
  • the role of chiropractic in returning to pain free living
  • the case for exercise vs exercise induced injury vs maintenance care
