This is a FREE session for anyone that is currently pregnant to discuss all things pelvic health! We recommend you attend as part of your routine ante-natal care.

The group will go through;

  • The signs and symptoms of pelvic floor issues.
  • The importance of pelvic floor muscle exercises and how to do these.
  • How to reduce your risk of pelvic floor issues in pregnancy, the post-partum period and throughout your life.
  • How to access help if symptoms do arise.

The group is currently only run in English. If your first language isn't English and you would like to receive the same information please could you ask your midwife or GP to refer you for information via the Obstetric physiotherapy service. You can also self refer online and request 'pelvic floor information from group.'
