Pelvic health. Understood.

Did you know that 1 in 3 women experience incontinence, and half of women over 50 have a pelvic organ prolapse in their lifetime? These conditions can affect women at any stage of life - but they’re especially common post-pregnancy and around menopause.

Despite how common these issues are, they’re often considered taboo. It’s time to break the silence. You don’t have to manage these symptoms alone. There are effective strategies and tools that can help improve pelvic health, manage symptoms, and support your wellbeing at every stage of life.

This session is for women of all ages (including those who identify as women and people assigned female at birth) who want to better understand their pelvic health.

Led by Jo Stanton, a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, this workshop offers clear, practical advice on how to care for your pelvic floor, manage symptoms, and feel confident in your body. Whether you're experiencing a pelvic health concern or simply want to learn more - this session is here to help.
