That’s completely normal. Journalling isn’t about knowing the ‘right’ thing to write. It’s about starting where you are. During the webinar, you'll have prompts and exercises to help you get the words flowing. You’ll be surprised at how much you have to say once you get started.

What if I can’t stay focused?

It’s completely normal for your mind to wander, that’s part of being human! Journalling helps train your focus over time. You'll receive tips to keep you grounded, like using a ‘thought jotter’ to capture distractions and return to them later. Remember, it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a notebook and pen that you enjoy using. Many people find that writing by hand helps them connect more deeply with their thoughts, but if typing feels more comfortable for you, that works too. The key is to choose tools that make you excited to sit down and write.

Participants will remain on mute during the webinar to ensure a smooth and focused experience. There may be moments where you will be invited to share your thoughts in the chat – this is completely optional, so no pressure. Towards the end of the session, we’ll have a dedicated Q&A segment.
