I've never meditated before, will that be an issue?

No. The meditations will be semi-guided, meaning you won't be left alone in silence. And if you are, it won't be for long.

Do I have to share what I write?

Absolutely not. You share if you want to share. But it is my hope that you will feel safe enough and confident enough to share your thoughts.

Will you help me write a novel?

Writing helps us write. So although this group isn't solely about helping you create your bestselling novel, it will support you with your creative endeavour. It's a place where you can write something that's not connected to your novel, which might be the very thing you and your novel needs.
