We'll be exploring the rugged South Pennines countryside crossing open access land, seeing man's impact on the landscape and possibly an odd 'crow' and a 'fox'!

This is walk 57 of 61 walks in this year's Pendle Walking Festival.

How long is the walk?

This walk is 11 miles. It has been graded Very Hard – A varied all-day walk covering longer distances (10+ miles).

What do I need to bring on the walk?

Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for outdoor walking.Pendle’s weather can be wet so please bring waterproofs. It’s important to remember to bring food and plenty of water. More information on walking safely is available from www.ramblers.org.uk under the ‘Advice’ section.

Can I bring a dog on this walk?

Sorry but no dogs are allowed on this walk.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age requirement but children must be accompanied by an adult.
