Introducing Eugenia Migliori, Principal Policy Adviser, Employment

Eugenia is Principal Policy Adviser of the Employment Team. Before joining the CBI, Eugenia worked at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in New York City, as well as a public policy senior adviser at the Argentinian Government for 8 years. She is also a researcher specialised in public policies across sectors. Eugenia holds a MPA (UCL).

Our Guest Speaker Rosie Clarke, Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant, Inclusive Employers

Rosie leads Inclusive Employers northern operations from Leeds. She has experience in delivering consultancy projects such as diversity and inclusion strategy writing, action planning, policy writing and reviews, steering group facilitation, advice and guidance sessions. She delivers training across a range of diversity and inclusion topics for public and private sector companies including inclusive leadership training. Rosie has a particular interest in cognitive difference including neurodiversity, disability and mental illness. She has dyslexia and has always been aware of the different way she approaches the world of work. Before working for Inclusive Employers, Rosie worked with young people and adults with learning disabilities running workshops on communication and life skills. Rosie currently furthering her career through studying for a Masters in Organisational and Business Psychology.
