Event description

Description

A manager’s role in an organisation is vital. Much revolves around his or her ability to achieve through the willing efforts of others. However, the question of management competence is a big one!

It has long been noted that both coaching and mentoring activity offers an alternative approach to the management of people. This raises a very important paradoxical question with a serious underbelly:

“Are coaching and mentoring competencies for managers competent?”

This session critically explores this question.
