The next meeting of our popular People Management Group will include, amongst other items, an update on employment law and details of the review the CRA are undertaking on the policy guidance we provide - which we predict will be of great benefit to members. Please make this a date for your diary if people management is important to your role. The meeting is for CRA charity members only and entry is free. A buffet lunch will be provided. Registration with teas and coffees will commence at 10.45am.

The Charity Retail Association is the only body in the UK that represents the interests of charity retailers. We have over 380 members with, between them, over 8500 shops.

Influence and monitor legislation and regulations that affect charity retailing.
Promote the benefits of charity retailing to the environment, the community and to charity.
Be the major source of expertise and up-to-date information on issues affecting the charity retail.
Promote good practice.
Work closely with other relevant organisations to support our members.
