People People Lunch & Learn Sessions

Join Darwin Gray’s specialist employment solicitors for our upcoming webinar, Expert Insights – What’s Changing in Employment Law, where we’ll explore the key developments set to reshape the employment landscape.

With the Employment Rights Bill currently making its way through Parliament, this session is a must for HR professionals, business owners, and anyone responsible for managing people in the workplace.

What you’ll learn:

We’ll break down the most significant proposals in the Bill

  • including changes to unfair dismissal rights
  • additional duties on employers relating to sexual harassment
  • zero-hour workers’ rights
  • changes to paternity and parental leave

Our experts will also discuss what these changes mean in practice, how employers can prepare for them, and the timelines for implementation. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve, ask questions, and ensure your organisation is ready for the upcoming changes in UK employment law.

The session will be delivered by Owen John and Rachel Ford-Evans, Partners in Darwin Gray’s award-winning employment law team.

Owen frequently delivers training on employment law and HR and is a regular contributor on television and radio, on employment law and HR matters.
