We've listened, thematically mapped issues, imagined interventions, and worked with the Policy and Advocacy team, to turn our interventions into winnable policy asks. Now we will bring these asks and a panel of experts to YOU at the assembly!

What is a People's Assembly?

A democratic, non-hierarchical form in which citizens (in this case UAL students and staff) are brought together to discuss an issue and make recommendations based on deliberation, shift balance of power, helping people come together across their differences, find common ground and win change.

This is an open event to UAL students and staff, we will do our best to ensure that assembly members are representative of the wider UAL staff and student population but ask that you too share the word!
