Event description

Description

PER Day, our thought-provoking and inspiring annual conference of Public Engagement with Research (PER) is back for it's 5th year! The event will be a fantastic opportunity to reflect on half a decade of amazing activity and more importantly, to generate new contacts, spark ideas and hone your skills to ensure that 2019 is our most engaged year yet. After 4 previous sell-outs, we've moved venue for 2019 to the Bramall Concert Hall so that all keen engagers can get involved. This event is primarily aimed at University of Birmingham researchers and covers a range of experience levels, with workshops numbered accordingly (in each practical session 1 is most suitable for beginners). Although our core audience is UoB researchers, in another first, this year we we will officially be welcoming any interested external guests at the subsidised price of £20.
