Lewis Buxton is a writer, workshop leader & events producer. In 2016 he co-founded TOAST Poetry, an organisation dedicated to the professional development of poets. Prior to this he founded Burn After Reading Presents, a poetry evening promoting emerging writers. He assists Apples & Snakes in programming London’s premier monthly open mic night Jawdance. He has run workshops for First Story, Writers’ Centre Norwich, Ingeenium & Apples and Snakes. His poems have recently been published by Ambit Magazine, Elbow Room & Paper Swans Press. He is writer-in-residence at Villiers High School.
