Course Overview
This 2 half day, experiential, theory driven course introduces Perceptions and provides the knowledge required to use the solution and provide developmental feedback. By attending the Perceptions accreditation course, you will become certified to use the questionnaire for coaching and developmental feedback. The tool can be integrated into a range of diversity and inclusion and talent management activities, including coaching, workshops, training, blended learning, leadership development, and as part of an internal D&I inclusivity program.
Course Timings
Courses will run 9am - 1:30pm UK Time over two consecutive days. The date depicted on this booking form is the first day of the course.

Learning outcomes
Understand how to embed cultural capability in the workplace, including how to create a more inclusive climate. Apply insights from neuroscience and sociology to help practically develop your own inclusivity and understand unconscious bias. Gain confidence in delivering feedback and exploring the inclusive behaviours. Improve coaching practice by gaining in-depth insight into the behaviours that help you to work effectively with others.
Certification
Provides accreditation in the Perceptions tool.
