I started The Training Ground, to help university students and young entrepreneurs develop their business, communication and entrepreneurship skills. I have spent 30 years in advertising, marketing, film production, and live events for many of the world’s leading companies and brands and have worked across the world including living and working in Hong Kong where I was Managing Director for Quintessentially Events Asia. As a founder myself I really enjoy working with and passing on my experience and insights to new founders who are just setting out on their journey.
