Performance & Ambition workshop 5 - Culture and Behaviour

Dear Colleagues,

As you may be aware, to inform University planning activity we have recently been exploring the University’s performance across a range of themes including Education, People, Research and Sustainability, through conducting interviews and the development of data dashboards. Many thanks to those colleagues who have informed the work done to date. We are now keen to share the findings with you and get your feedback on what we can do next to share good practice and address any issues identified with a series of clear actions that we should take.

facilitated by an external team from ThenSomeHow [Then Somehow] and SUMS Consulting [Higher Education Consultancy | Sums Consulting] and focusing on a different topic. Workshops are open to all staff, across all of our Academic, Professional Service and Technical roles.

Outputs from the workshop will contribute to the recommendations made to UEB in a final report to be produced later in the calendar year.
