The workshop will focus on setting meaningful performance goals, having great performance conversations and giving feedback and recognition.

You will leave the session with practical tools to help you to manage performance day-to-day.

Are the sessions accessible?

If you have any additional needs to help you to get the most out of our session, contact our friendly team.

How many people will be on the workshop?

To ensure we have a good conversation and everyone has an opportunity to contribute and ask questions, there will be a minimum of 6 learners and a maximum of 20 learners per workshop.

Who are your facilitators?

Our facilitators are friendly, experienced practitioners focused on providing pragmatic, real-world learning experiences.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel up to 7 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
