You will use a range of exercises to learn about setting meaningful goals and objectives, carrying out 1:2:1 appraisals and how you can delegate effectively to improve individual and team performance.By the end of the course, you will be able to:<ul><li>Identify the three management styles and specify your natural preference when leading people.</li><li>List the three key principles of delegation, and how to delegate a task successfully.</li><li>Understand the importance of questioning and listening skills when being a manager.</li><li>State the four-stage process of an effective performance appraisal in order to engage and develop team members.</li><li>Appreciate the structure for running regular 1:2:1 reviews to build stronger relationships and increase trust with team members.</li><li>Apply coaching models to progress team members in order to improve performance and productivity.</li></ul>This course is the next step in helping you grow into a more confident manager.
