This 3 hour Training Programme is for people managers. Performance management is a core activity for any manager, whether it is managing under-performers or leading your team to reach organisational objectives.
This training programme is aimed at providing delegates with the skills to effectively performance manage their team members. It will provide training on key areas such as, understanding why performance management is key to organisational success, how to understand what your team’s members core competencies are, how to put the wheels in motion to set your team member on a performance improvement plan (PIP) and finally how to manage
those difficult conversations.
