His growing client base led him to set up Redspa in 2010. The business has since grown into a full service digital agency specialising in developing unique solutions for exciting brands, covering everything from brand identity and graphic design through to highly technical e-commerce solutions, mostly covered by their in-house team of developers and designers. Over the past 15 years James has been instrumental in consulting, designing and developing IT systems and websites for a diverse client portfolio, many of which are now instrumental in running multi-million pound businesses.

Brian is the Head of Digital Platforms at Thomas Cook, responsible for building a platform capable of powering all of the company's e-commerce sites across the UK and Europe. With 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, across retail, corporate, consolidators, tour operators and airlines, Brian has seen huge change in the industry and is using his experience to help Thomas Cook keep up with ever changing consumer behaviour in the digital space.
