Performance Review & Development Training for Reviewers - 22 January 2016

Purpose: This course is for any member of staff who conducts a Performance Review & Development discussion. This training supports the introduction of the new Performance Review & Development process. It will cover the drivers for the changes being introduced, the details of the new process, the opportunity to develop specific skills in delivering an effective Performance Review & Development discussion and provide you with an opportunity to address any immediate concerns.

Objectives: By the end of the course you will:-

• Understand the drivers and benefits of the changes to the Performance Review & Development Process that have been introduced
• Be clear about the principles and details of our process
• Have further developed the skills required to effectively apply the University of York's Performance Review Process & Development Process.
• Have had the opportunity to address any immediate concerns.
