Performance Strength & Conditioning session in the Performance Gym. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time before the session starts.
No bags or changing in the Performance Gym, please use changing facilities in Sport & Exercise.
Remember your Water Bottle and notebook.
These events are not for general public admission. These sessions are only for the selected Performance Athletes in the following sports:
