ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

NICK JOHNSTON

Nick, lead consultant at NJ Performance, has worked in elite sport for over 15 years.

His career has seen him work with some of the most well-respected international coaches and athletes in rugby and his skills have led to him being a part of both domestic and European winning sides on multiple occasions.

It is often the detail and those very small margins that separate the best from the average and he has a proven track record in implementing such marginal gains.

Nick puts a lot of time and effort into developing people for the benefit of organisations, both in the sporting and corporate world. His work with athletic thinking has simulated thought processes from elite sport into the business sector with remarkable success
