Description

At TAQA safety is our number one priority, it’s a core value and integrated in how we go about doing our job. Basically, safe business is good business!

One of the roles that are absolutely key in ensuring a safe execution of work is the Performing Authority (PA). PAs are task leaders, and for us to achieve our vision of ‘A Safe and Successful Future’ we are relying on our PAs fully understanding and embracing their role and responsibilities.

This is why TAQA has now decided to invest in the further development of our PAs by offering a bespoke workshop focusing on this very important role and the expectations that come with it.

The workshop is a highly interactive session with plenty of opportunity to discuss, question and clarify.

It aims to ensure that PAs on TAQA’s assets fully embrace their greater responsibility as the task leader and that they are properly prepared to succeed in the role.

The main objectives of the session are to ensure that PAs:

  • Understand the responsibilities of the role.
  • Understand the need for leadership in their role.
  • Feel empowered to lead the job.
  • Have been given the tools and techniques to support them.
  • Are clear on how they can support and sustain the positive safety culture we have at TAQA.

There is parking available at the Crowne Plaza hotel car park, please note this is linked with the Holiday Inn Express hotel. Please give your car license plate number to reception if you are parking in the car park.
