An architectural model making workshop, re-imagining your garden, inspired by performance art.

About this Event

What to expect:

Performing Garden Architectures Workshop invites you to learn architectural model making techniques and design processes, inspired by performance art. This workshop will see you create an architectural model of your garden space, which we will then reimagine through model making.

Through this workshop you will be introduced to design methods, using references, demonstrations and actions. We will be creating models that you can take home and learning about inspirational references that you can continue to explore.

Need to know:

This Workshop is designed for adults and as such participants must be 18 years of age or older.

All model making tools and materials, for use during the workshop, will be provided.

Please bring with you a few pictures of the garden space you want to re-imagine and a couple rough dimensions.

This workshop will be held in the Cafe of The Palace Garden Centre during open hours, one free drink will be provided upon arrival.

If you have any special requirements please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accomodate you.
