My personal journey through early menopause made me realise the lack of support available for women facing this transition!

Feeling lost and alone, I struggled to regain control over my body and mind, I didn’t learn anything about Menopause at school and it wasn’t something my Mum talked about!

As someone with over a decade of experience coaching athletes, I recognised that the methods and tools I used to help them excel could be adapted to manage menopause.


What does this Workshop Focus on?

This workshop focuses on Menopause 101 - it is a time of life that can impact our Wellbeing.

Understand the science of Menopause to enable women (and men!) to find balance through a unique approach.
