Join Kimberly and Kate for an evening to explore the possibility that instead of freaking out, we could be use perimenopause as a portal into a better regulated and authentic way of being where we might serve our communities with our skills and gifts from a place of deep calling and sustainability.

Bringing both the lived experience of traversing the menopause portal and a combined 60 years of professional embodied practice, you can expect a seasonal and nervous system lens on:

  • A radical, body-friendly reframing of the second half of your life
  • Why perimenopause might be on your side and wish you the best possible life ahead
  • The importance of facing the ageing process
  • The specific challenges of parenting through this transition
  • How trauma shows up in perimenopause
  • The toxicity of the mainstream narrative
  • How perimenopause equips us to be elders
  • Practical steps you can take to make your transition easier

This conversation is so much bigger than whether or not to get on HRT. There will be time for questions and book signing.
