I'm so pleased to be collaborating again with the amazing Michelle Killington, from Empowerr. I hope you're ready! This Workshop will be focussing on self defence moves to music and we will get you out of your seat.Music + Movement = Mood Boost! Join us for a fun and energising Workshop to strengthen your body, lift your spirits and have fun together.It is a pleasure to welcome Michelle back, for the third year. She is full of energy, life and will equip you how to move your body in a safe way that is appropriate for your level on the day. Michelle is committeed to help teaching and nurturing others to realise this is a joy.

Michelle started boxing over 10 years ago after the loss of her mum. She suffered with mental health issues for a long time and struggled with her grief. Over the years, she developed a love for boxing, trained and gained her qualifications. Her mission is to encourage women to be the best role models to their families, by exercising and having a healthy lifestyle.

She is a powerhouse, passionate and committed to see women live their lives well, particularly through the perimenopause and menopause transistions.

Drinks and light refreshments will be availalbe, so come, relax, connect and enjoy every moment of this amazing gathering - we can't wait to see you.
