About this event

Following on from the hugely successful Perinatal Mental Health Matters event in September 2018, we are holding a stakeholder workshop. This event will bring together service users and universal and specialist mental health services from both the statutory and voluntary sector in order to identify recommendations to improve and integrate our services.

The 2018 Annual Director of Public Health Report identified a key recommendation to “review, revise and join up the maternal mental health pathways from the community, and primary care, through midwifery and health visiting and other partners by 2019”. This is an opportunity to shape our future pathways for perinatal mental health services.

You will hear from key note speakers about the current services that support perinatal mental health and wellbeing in Croydon, and about local work to map perinatal services. You will have the opportunity to work together with colleagues to further improve and integrate our services.
