Perins School is hosting a TeachMeet on Thursday 17th November.
A Teachmeet is a free event which allows teachers to get together and share their best teaching practices, new innovations and specialist knowledge. It is a fantastic chance to network with local teachers, to share your ideas and to learn something new.
This event is open to all, whether you sign up to give a 5 minute presentation, or attend as an audience member. Attendees from all areas of the teaching community are welcome. Follow the event on social media using #PerinsTeachMeet
Our TeachMeet will feature a 15 minute keynote speech from Greg Horton, Advanced Skills Teacher, Senior Leader of Learning and Hampshire Adviser for MFL.
Shane McLaughlin from the British Council will also be presenting on their Connecting Classrooms programme.
We will be running a raffle featuring some fantastic prizes including a Kindle Fire sponsored by Show My Homework! Every attendee will also receive a goody bag.
