Welcome to the Period Literacy Toolkit for the Homelessness Sector - Launch Event! Join us at the Birmingham & Midland Institute on Wednesday 4th June between 12:00 - 14:30pm for an in-person launch. Learn about our Period Literacy Toolkit — a collaboration between Birmingham City Council's Inclusion Health and Spring Housing, co-produced by the homelessness and housing sector - designed to help those working in the sector raise awareness of period literacy and period poverty.

You’ll get an overview of how to use the toolkit in your practice, whether you're working in housing, support services, education, or outreach.

The afternoon will feature lived experience voices, a moving spoken word performance, why everyone should advocate for period literacy, and an overview of the toolkit.
