Permaculture Design Workshop
Overview
Learn how to live and work with nature while minimising energy use and conserving resources—all within the ethical foundations of permaculture: Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share.
At the heart of permaculture lies the design process—a practical, adaptable approach that can be applied to everything from a garden or farm to a household, small business, or community project.
In this hands-on workshop, Tess Wilmot will guide us through the core principles and steps of permaculture design, using engaging practical exercises to bring the process to life. We will also have time to reflect and exchange around refreshments.
Tess Wilmot is a permaculture designer and facilitator and started working with community gardens in 2008. Her work is mainly in Plymouth, supporting community growers and building capacity and skills using permaculture and co-designing projects.
This workshop is supported by the Devon County Council's Growing Communities Fund. It is free of charge but we would kindly accept donations that will support our future work and future workshops' programme.
