As the tranquil beauty of autumn descends and the seasons slow down, give yourself permission to pause. Enjoy this spacious, restorative gift to your soul and remember how rest feels deep within. Engage in nourishing, thoughtfully chosen practices like conscious breathwork, uplifting creativity and emotional healing, in a supportive container with other kind souls. From a fully qualified facilitator in breathwork and somatic release (also a trainee counsellor). 🌼🐦
"When you accept yourself just as you are, then you can change" - Carl Rogers, founder of humanistic psychology
“We are the ones we've been waiting for.” – Alice Walker
How often do you allow yourself to prioritise you? Listen to your inner calling and take this opportunity to be guided in coming into stillness and feeling joy. Make space for more contentment, while safely meeting whatever arises along the way. Allow your nervous system to settle and soften and rediscover your spark, away from the chaos of everyday life. In a beautiful grade II listed building, inside award-winning gardens.
Perhaps you'd like to reconnect with what lights you up inside and brings you a sense of passion or purpose. Maybe you need a safe space to let go of what you no longer need, and be held in processing long-held emotions. In this supportive container, you can release mental clutter and be fully present to wants to be felt within you. No expectations to be anything other than your most authentic self, showing up just as you are.
Find deep self-acceptance, inner compassion and new inspiration by tuning out all the noise. Be supported to meet emotional wounds, unmet needs and stuckness in the body. From a trauma-informed, internationally-trained space holder who continues to do the inner work herself, bringing her own experiences of navigating ADHD, past anxiety disorders and loss.
Be with yourself in all your humanness, taking a softer approach to finding your inner potential, loving yourself more and living life intentionally.
Group activities will include:
🧘 Conscious connected breathwork
A powerful, therapeutic practice to help you get better at feeling (it's not about 'feeling better' through emotional bypassing, but lovingly meeting what may have been suppressed), release stress and anxiety, and access your rest and repair state
✍ Guided journalling to access your subconscious mind
Unravel repetitive thoughts and let go of overthinking, to get clear on your inner wisdom, limiting patterns and deeper desires
🎨 Creative play through a relaxed art activity, for the pure joy and fun (no skill needed)
Creative expression has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental health and help us access our thoughts and emotions. Reconnect with your inner child and free imagination
🫀Heart-based inquiry and soulful somatic practices
Find what your heart truly desires and what your soul needs most. Nurture your mind-body-soul connection, get clarity on your deeper emotions and where they live in your body
🌳 Mindful nature walk
Be led in a group as you silently connect with the natural world. Invite deep presence to how your body feels as you move intentionally and observe beauty, noticing your senses come alive.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung
“When you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everybody will respect you.” – Lao Tzu

About me:
I am fully accredited as a facilitator of breathwork and integrative somatic release. I carried out training in the UK, Mexico, Spain and Canada, holding space for and supporting participants from around the world. I now love bringing this work to local communities, creating reassuring, uplifting and relaxing spaces for healing and expansion. I'm also committed to continuously deepening my training, and expanding my own personal growth, in the field of somatic healing 💛
Personally, I have found breathwork incredibly powerful for managing ADHD symptoms, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) and some difficult life events. It has been pivotal in my emotional wellbeing and physical health, and is now an essential practice for looking after my mind and body. 💆🏻♀️
As well as Manchester breathwork classes, I also offer 1:1 somatic therapy sessions.

Frequently asked questions
Your own yoga mat to lie on, a pillow and blanket for comfort. You can also bring a water bottle, which you can refill at the venue. A journal and pen for the guided written inquiry practice. Any extra snacks you might like (I'll provide some too!).
Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing you'll be happy to lie on a yoga mat in, or engage in a little movement if desired. Layers are great so that you can remove or add them as required; it's normal for our body temperatures to fluctuate during breathwork.
Conscious connected breathwork (I'm fully qualified), somatic movement, a grounding meditation, guided journalling and a relaxed art exercise (you don't have to be creatively skilled, it's for the pure inner-child joy and deep calm). Plus, a silent, mindful nature walk in the beautiful gardens.
This therapeutic practice involves a deep, soft and slow breath pattern. It activates our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest state), facilitates emotional release and reduces stress and anxiety. It helps us connect with our bodies, get out of our heads, relax and be more present.
I'll talk you through the aftercare, but make sure to continue being gentle with yourself after the session. Drink lots of water and avoid overstimulation. It will also support your integration if you keep observing your emotions and physical experiences, as your mind and body continue processing.
Yes, there is free parking all along the road outside the venue (Stenner Lane). If there are no spaces on the road, there is pay and display at the Didsbury pub outside the venue; or customers can get tickets validated inside the pub (they’re open from breakfast).
