Permission to Play!: afternoon all-abilities 50+ musical jam

By Brighton and Hove Music for Connection CIC

Overview

Join us for lighthearted music-making in the moment, based on listening and curiosity. No experience necessary!

Join Anna & Bela for a playful all-abilities musical improvisation / jam session, free for over-50s!

After warming up our ears, we'll begin creating sounds together - using body percussion, found sounds, voices, and percussion instruments - based on what we can hear: ever-changing pieces of music, unique to the moment.

No musical experience or any specific equipment is required, just curiosity and listening.

Is this for me?

The session is funded for adults aged 50+. Under-50s are welcome for a small donation.
