Kenny Kane is the owner of CrossFit LA, creator of The Mastery Method, and a co-founder of The Body of Knowledge Podcast. Through 30 years of coaching, training and performing, he has observed a common theme: people quit. The desire to change coupled with high intensity, void of balance simply cannot be sustained. Since retiring from professional standup comedy in 2010, Kenny has dedicated his work to creating and promoting sustainable physical practices for people from all walks of life, and the key to a sustainable practice is context.
Michael Blevins is an elite human performance coach best known for guiding actors through the mental and physical transformations necessary to play characters like Superman.
