Personal Branding is identifying your assets, characteristics, strengths, and skills as an individual. Understanding Personal Branding will provide advantages in your participant’s personal and professional lives. Branding is a mix of how you present yourself and how others see you. It is important to be aware of how you are viewed.

About the hosts:

Victoria graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2021. During her time at university, she was nationally recognised with the Outstanding Achievement Award and UpReach Top Ten Award at the House of Lords for the UK Student Social Mobility Awards and was selected as Powerful Media’s Top 100 Future Leaders. Most recently, she became as one of the global winners of the prestigious McKinsey & Company Achievement Award. Passionate about enacting social change through access to education, she has spent the last 8 years engaging in activities that align with this. Her projects and initiatives have positively impacted hundreds of people across the UK and abroad. Victoria uses her personal experiences through public speaking, mentoring, coaching and advocacy work to support people from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers to education and employment, providing them with access to opportunities to reach their full potential.

Phoebe is an Account Manager at WOAW working with the UKs best Founders and CEOs on their personal brands. She is passionate about personal branding because of the relationships she can build with her clients. She also loves helping clients celebrate all of their achievements (even if they don’t realise these themselves), and reach their personal and professional goals. She wants to share how important personal branding is to anyone no matter what stage they are in their career, which she will be doing in this talk. She is very excited to take part in this event and can’t wait to share her passion for personal branding with others.
