Love your Body Beautiful is a personal development program exclusively created for women and will show you how to build and maintain good physical, mental, social and spiritual health so that you can enjoy the very best of what life has to offer and in turn you will have the confidence to offer your best self to the positive development and improvement relationships of those around you (i.e. family, friends and colleagues) it may even give you the confidence to be of service to the wider community. You will be introduced to:

- Effective Weight Management strategies
- Improving your self-esteem
- How to slay the dragons that stop you from living your best life
- Managing your stress - Relaxtion Training
- Cooking Tips for a Healthier you
- Handouts & Refreshments
This program will have a therapeutic approach delivered in a small group setting so that each delegate enjoys personal attention and experience; resulting in the best outcome for personal growth.
The program is lead by Angela Sterling-Noel, a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Trainer and NLP Practitioner Coach who has a private practice of 15 years as well a Teaching experience as a University Lecturer and facilitation of personal development groups. Angela believes in the well-being of the whole person and provides a wholistic approach to therapeutic interventions.
