Description

ClacksWiSE is proud to present a Personal Development Programme with two half-day workshops looking at communication and presentation skills (Day 1) on January 18th then image and impact (Day 2), January 25th.

Day 1, Thursday 18th January
9.30am—12.30pm
Gean House

* Outline of the four control mechanisms and how to make them work for you (Physical, Vocal, Mental and Emotional control)

* Projecting a confident physical image – theory and practice on posture, physical energy, physical control levels and non verbal communication

* Theory and practice on vocal techniques in communication and presentations (projection, pitch, tone, diction and vocal energy)

* Positive language – how to eliminate “grey” language and speak with total confidence. This will help the delegates to present a confident, assertive image when dealing with others and when presenting to an audience. This is a very important part of the programme. Vocal skills are needed in many situations and the voice is an extremely important business tool.
