As a student team or start-up, you need to recognize opportunities and overcome challenges at a rapid pace while keeping your mind on the game to achieve your ultimate objective. This plenary workshop will increase the knowledge and skills of the students by diving into the basics of managing a project, the steps involved in the process and the approach of an agile thinker and doer.

This interactive training of 2-3 hours builds on a thorough theoretical knowledge but also the application of the daily, often unruly practice. The students will learn the essentials of effective project management and the skills needed to influence the course and stakeholders of their project. This will help them in setting a strong foundation for the development of any project and facilitate the tools needed to face challenges along the way.
