Stress Management training provides tools and techniques for the individual to cope with and reduce the effects of stress. It also helps managers to implement strategies to reduce the impact of stress on their teams. By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • highlight early indicators of stress
  • identify causal factors
  • develop appropriate coping strategies
