Personal Supervision Network Meeting

Welcome to our Personal Supervision Network Meeting.

We warmly invite all Personal Supervisors to join us for the first Personal Supervision Network meeting of the academic year, taking place in person on Wednesday 10th September, 12:00–13:00 in Library Teaching Room 3.

This session will be led by Michelle Wormald from the School of Education, who will explore the challenges faced by neurodivergent students, with a particular focus on ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD (a combination of both). Michelle will share practical examples to illustrate how we can support neurodivergent students in managing their learning and adapting our practices to foster a more inclusive environment.

Understanding how neurodiversity affects students’ ability to access and engage with learning will empower Personal Supervisors to offer more effective support and help lecturers design more inclusive learning experiences.

Whether you're an experienced Personal Supervisor or new to the role, this is a valuable opportunity to:

  • Connect with colleagues
  • Share ideas and experiences
  • Strengthen our collective approach to student wellbeing
  • Explore sustainable practices for staff

The meeting will be informal, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage in discussion.

We look forward to seeing you there!
