A chair class focusing on strength and cardio. Ideal for those who cannot stand for the duration of the class and would like the option to sit or stand. Inactivity, ageing, illness or injury can result in a loss of functional ability.

It is sociable, fun and will boost your happy hormones. A feeling of positivity and well being for people who would benefit physically and mentally from a seated exercise class.

If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry. This class focus on gentle exercise to help you to regain your fitness at your own pace. If you’re used to regular physical activity, exercises can be tailored to be more strenuous.
