PERSONAL TRAINING FOR WOMEN

One-2-One training sessions for women who have neglected their fitness for some time and feel unhappy about their bodies. With one2one training they can get in good shape as it is the most effective way to train clients who are low in motivation and need closer supervision during exercising. This form of training gets the best results and it can be fun and very satisfying as clients can see good results in a relatively short period of time.

The training can be taken at different locations and settings, including: the gym, the studio, private address and outdoors. It covers various components of physical fitness. It aims to help clients achieve a body that is leaner, firmer-or toned, flexible, stronger and with a healthier heart. For this purpose, the principles of nutrition are applied to the physical activity programme and nutritional advice offered to correct and improve eating habits.
