Please note - this will be an online interactive workshop - it would be best to attend using a laptop or desktop computer, and be confident in switching between screens, or have paper and pen to hand for the activities.

• A draft vision of something you want to work towards
• Considered what has stopped you in the past, and what you can do to achieve your vision
• Identified at least 1 action you can take to move towards this vision

This workshop involves a good amount of paired or group discussions - please be prepared to interact with other participants.
