This course is available to all employees.

The Personal Wellbeing course is designed for employees who want to maintain good health in their professional and personal lives by raising awareness of the "warning signs" of stress and other potential health hazards. You'll also recieve hints and tips in gaining work life balance.


  • know how to maintain and increase good health and wellbeing
  • recognise the warning signs of declining health and wellbeing
  • acquire proven switching-off skills to relax and recover after work
  • know how to ensure a good nights sleep
  • improve relationships generally and learn how to deal with toxic ones
  • understand the importance of achieving a good work-life balance
  • understand how to reduce the risk of stress-related-illness
  • be able to outline things you can do to improve the quality of your life and day.
